From the moment we were greeted by Cheska we were made to feel the most important people in the world. Nothing was too much bother. As a family we had so many questions and they were all answered with the upmost professionalism. My mum was laid out in her coffin beautifully and it gave us such joy to see our mum as she was before she passed away. We were introduced to Laura who officiated the funeral and again, could not have asked for anyone better. She kept us all informed of everything that was going to happen every step of the way.
We have nothing but sheer gratitude to Cheska, Laura and all the other staff involved in giving our Mum the best send off that she truly deserved.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your service to family and friends.
You are all just a credit to yourselves and should be so proud of how you do your job so eloquently.
Really just cannot thank you enough.

Excellent service from the first contact to day of funeral. All members of the team were so caring & helpful, ensuring we knew exactly what would happen each step of the way.
