The care and attention myself and family received was excellent,from the way they collected my dad to giving me his ashes,we as a family were devastated when my dad passed although no one cld take away the pain the team at Springburn made it easier for us.

I cannot thank cheska & Abbie enough for the care and attention and support they gave to myself and my family after the death of my daughter both cheska & Abbie went above and beyond.Also the undertaker on the day was absolutely amazing and his team of drivers should us nothing but respect and the respect they had for my daughter on the day was second to none.

Cheska (Springburn Office) was a great support to me and my wife while we organised mums funeral.  She was sympathetic and professional but also had a really good way of making you feel at ease.  All our requests were managed really well and I can’t thank her enough for her support. We  left knowing that mum was in good hands for her final journey.  Stevie, Billy and the team were great on the day of the funeral they were professional but also very supportive, it just made the whole day easier.  Thanks to everyone at the Co-op and to Paul our celebrant.

Firstly the two ladies at the reception were fantastic at explaining everything took their time to discuss all aspects of making the arrangements and did a  very professional job which can’t be easy. The time put aside for viewing the remains of my brother was very dignified. The actual day of the funeral could not have been handled any more professionally and with compassion and dignity. The driver of the family car was very skilled at putting us at ease. Thanks to all in helping us arrange the funeral.
