the care and attention to detail was second to none but a special mention for Carole who went the extra mile to make such a sad occasion as stress free as possible a very kind and heart warming lady . The drivers of the cars were polite and very profesional and helpfull also.

6pm agreed for coffin to enter chapel. Hearse turns up at 6:30pm. Very little communication from 1st meeting and obvs no communication with chapel direct from CooP. Could be run a lot better and more efficiently. An email or text to confirm details a day or two prior would help.
