Excellent service. Karen managed the whole process very well, keeping us informed and dealing with things immediately. Karen treated us with empathy all the way through the process. Jennifer who managed things on the day of the funeral was also excellent very respectful and helpful on the day. They both went that extra mile to be helpful and made things easier during a difficult time. All staff the drivers were all very helpful and supportive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others.

Excellent service from start to finish.
All staff I dealt with were totally professional especially Jennifer and Karen and drivers on day of funeral. 
We had a situation which was really stressful and Jennifer took it out of our hands and dealt with it herself which took a lot of stress out of the situation for us as a family.
My Brother deceased was treated with dignity and respect at all times.
 Jennifer and drivers were very sensitive and very reassuring to my 91yr old Dad throughout the funeral. 
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in future.

Both Jennifer and Karen outdone themselves, they made such a hard time for my family so much easier for us. Nothing was a problem for them. They were both outstanding, professional and my family couldn't have asked them or wanted for anything. They put us at ease. My mum would have been so proud for what they done. Jennifer who was our funeral director was amazing, she is friendly, caring and very organised. She made a difficult process much easier. My mums funeral day was lovely and everything we wanted was done beautifully. All members of staff were lovely and very respectful. Thanks for your service.

Top quality, total respect. Before the service they were so helpful with me. I have never been in this situation before and they helped me through from the beginning to the end. We discussed all funeral arrangements that was there for me and I picked what I wanted and they came up with a very reasonable price. Contact on the phone was very professional and understanding. Overall they made a difficult time for me very simple. I would give 10 stars if I could. Many many thanks for your help and total respect.

My uncle had a prepaid plan and apart from providing a few relevant details I didn't have to do anything as Jennifer and Karen took care of everything. They were very professional and Jennifer was exceptional as Funeral Director making sure everything was as it should be. She made an emotional day easier to get through.

From my first call to Funeralcare Tollcross to make initial enquiry Jennifer was extremely supportive , caring and reassuring about the whole process. Our meeting with her as a family to make the arrangements was handled efficiently whilst again being totally supportive and caring and fully explaining all our options and advising and guiding us when we asked her and we felt it was a very personal service that we were getting, as she even wanted to know about my Dad so she would know who she was caring for. Everything was done as soon as she said it would be and all calls and emails were answered very timeously and on the day the whole team were very good. Karen in the office was also great very understanding and supportive when we took my mum to see my Dad on the day before the funeral. I felt as a family we were treated with respect and more importantly I felt my we Dad would be cared for with respect and dignity whilst in the care of the funeral home. I definitely would be going back to Tollcross Funeralcare should I have to arrange another funeral for a loved one.

Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Jennifer and her team are outstanding. Made a difficult time a lot easier. I had total confidence in Jennifer, Karen and Lorraine to carry out the perfect day for my gran and for this I will be forever grateful.

Everyone at Tollcross Funeralcare are so lovely. Karen was so caring and thoughtful when we came to see her about arranging the funeral for my uncle and we’re very professional. Jennifer and team gave my uncle a lovely send off, and made sure the family were all ok on the day. Would like to thank them all again for being so caring.

Karen could not have been more helpful in assisting us with planning my sister’s funeral. She gave us lots of options and helped us through each step and was always available if we needed to ask or check anything 
Jennifer was excellent on the day and was professional and respectful and really took any stress away on the day

I would like to say that Jennifer Ferguson is an excellent Funeral Director. She is very professional, kind, caring and compassionate and goes the extra mile for her clients. Co-operative Funeralcare is enriched to have her as an employee and I personally cannot thank her enough for all she did to shoulder the burden I bore when my husband died very suddenly. There was nothing she wouldn't do for me and I felt fully supported. I would thougherly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a Funeral Director, she is a real asset to your Company.

I can't thank Jennifer enough for the service that she and Karen provided for my Beautiful daughter Kirstie,myself and my family.
I don't know what I would've done without them,they are very professional,kind,caring and understanding,they were there for us every step of the way but most of all they took excellent care of my Beautiful Daughter Kirstie while she was in their care right up until the day of her funeral and from the bottom of my heart I personally can't thank them enough.
