A very professional and sensitive service which made the arrangements very straightforward at a difficult time. The staff at Tollcross were excellent and the funeral service, directed by Jennifer, went perfectly as arranged, making things as easy as possible for friends and family.

Despite the circumstances, as in, being a separated couple, I found the staff, Jennifer and Karen very understanding and compassionate. I dealt with it for the sake of the family who all live in Blackpool and they thought it was admirable of me. Their compliments left me feeling very good about myself. The follow up care despite not really being in a position to need it on this occasion was exceptional. 
They also dealt with my late mothers funeral also and I would very much recommend their services to anyone.
