Pamela supported us in organising our first funeral. She listened to what we said and gently prompted us in our decisions so we knew what we picked was exactly what we wanted. Pamela kept in contact and offered her experienced opinion when I needed reassurance or help.

Ok the day Derek and his team were absolutely amazing flawless service with personal touches. Would highly recommend.

I fell as if I was left to deal with things on my own I was let down with order off servise leaflets by the coop so stressful for us had to find my own printer cancelled viewing off my mum changed the day again didn't need all this at such a sad time

I have never had to arrange a funeral before and didn't know where to start, but the team at shettelston branch looked after me from start to finish,the staff were so professional and so caring, can't thank them enough, nothing was a bother for them, didn't matter what my request was they arrange it. Anne made the trauma and grief of Mum's sudden death as compassionate and trouble free as it is possible to be in these circumstances.
In the immediate aftermath , the emotional turmoil was immense and we were guided in a caring way throughout.
I honestly would have had no idea how to organise this myself and she took the time to reassure as about every tiny little thing that concerned us. Nothing seemed to be a phase her .
Although this is her job, she has such a humane, kind manner , we felt that Mum really mattered.
I can't recommend Shettleston COOP funeral care highly enough.
