When my brother passed, it took my family all by complete shock and we didn't know where to begin with the next steps of arranging a funeral and everything else that comes with it. We got in contact with Glasgow Independent Funeralcare and from then forward the process was as seamless as possible.

Every stage of the process was explained in as much detail as we required (often several times over) and then the staff at Glasgow Independent Funeralcare took care of everything else. We were kept informed at all times and the staff were available 24/7 which was a huge support to the family at what was an extremely difficult time.

Everything that the family requested, albeit not particularly easy to deal with requests, was catered for without any hesitation which shows that these guys will go the extra mile to give the best possible send off to a loved one.

To all of the staff at Glasgow Independent Funeralcare, and in particular David, we'll be forever grateful for the immense support you showed our family at the most difficult of times.
