When our family arrived in Birrell Corrance after loosing our Dad we had no idea what we had to do or organise. They took care of everything and went above and beyond for us. Nothing was a problem and Bobby & Jackie were with us every step of the way. We felt as if we had known them for years! On the day of the funeral several people commented on the service and said they had never seen a funeral like it. All the wee extra touches from Bobby and marks of respect certainly didn’t go un noticed. We will never forgot the respect and dignity our Dad received while in your care, we’re forever grateful,  the Kerr’s

From beginning to end I can’t thank Robert and his team enough for all they have done for myself and my family,Especially the dignity shown to my son in his final days in their care and the reassurance given to my wife and daughters,

I just can't put into words how professional sensitive caring and attentive they are, and have no problem going back them to use there service again. Especially Robert such a gentleman took everything into consideration since he met my mum, she planned her own funeral he made her so much at ease every detail he fufiled it, he took the viewing of mum with dignity and respect which I thank him for. Olso for Jackie she was so helpful and professional took care of all our needs ,lovely lady couldn't do enough  for us took a lot of pressure off especially when you haven't done this before. I would recommend them for  their exellent service thank you to all the staff at Birrell Corrance.

Robert and Jackie supported us during a very difficult time as we burying my mum. They were patient, caring, extremely efficient and couldn’t have done enough for us. One of the advantageous aspects was they had a 24hr service which for us was definitely required as my Mum passed away late at night. I can praise them enough for all their help and support.

The staff were incredible in guiding me through the emotional and stressful process of arranging my daughter's funeral in. 2013 and again in May 2017 when my husband passed away. They were so supportive and Robert showed such compassion and respect in both funerals. I would recommend Birrell Corrance to anyway that wanted to be guided through one of the most difficult points in your life

Birrell Corrance Funeral Directors were recommended to me on the death of my mum. We were helped and supported with everything that had to be arranged from the initial meeting right through to the funeral, which was completely invaluable, as this was the first time I had ever been in this situation. Robert and Jaquie especially really do go above and beyond what I expected, and the personal touches make such a difference at this sad time. We received the best care possible and I would have no hesitation in recommending at the highest level at one of the most emotional and vulnerable times in your life you can have no better. From start to finish Birrel corrance supported me with every aspect of planning a funeral, I had used the service the previous year for my mums funeral, I knew staff from last time & they knew what wanted. Jackie who is the initial contact has all the skills a grieving relative needs to put you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble & if like me had no clue they talk you through it. Day of runeral was professional & carried out with dignity& respect needed on a day you need everything to go right, Burrel Corrance make sure this happens. I have used them since & will again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Birr ell Corrance were very attentive to all requirments ery helpful before and during franks passing the staff are lovely and would highly recommend using them thanks for everything you done for our family and making things easier love debbie xx
