I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Birrell Corrance. I felt completely comfortable with the whole process. It is a very well run, tight knit business and Robert and Jacqui went out of their way to make sure my husband’s funeral was everything it should have been, even suggesting extra touches to make it more special. They make you feel like family and that was something! Thank you xx

Robert is the most down to earth guy I've ever met. He was absolutely great with my mum and helped all my family through a very tough time. Robert and Jacqui are a real pair , they manage it all for you and they just make it so easy at a very difficult time.

Overall very good but hard to get hold of  (obviously a busy time) great to be able to proof read the order if service before printing . One song played before rather than after the service but although surprising this did not detract from good support by staff . Driver excellent arrived in plenty of time and helped aged parents. My family can’t thank Robert, Jacqui and the team at Birrell Corrance enough for the service they provided for my mothers funeral. As a family who had never arranged a funeral, they make the process for us as simple as possible by providing us with all the necessary information. Jacqui was fanstaic and arranged and completed all the paperwork aspect for us and made all of the phone calls, which took a massive amount of pressure off of us and gave us time to grieve. Robert took exceptional care of our loved one and was there to support us all during the viewing and the funeral. People that attended the funeral service have spoken to us about how professional the Birrell Corrance team were on the day and how it was lovely that Robert stayed till the funeral was over and even spoke to family members. We couldn’t agree more with them, and will be forever grateful.
