Strange writing a review of a funeral, but if it help anyone in a time of upset and confusion then maybe not be so strange. It may help to make things easier knowing how we were helped in our time of need. We have nothing but praise for (I’m reluctant to say service) as it was more help than just a job for the people at Baillieston. There was genuine care for what we needed, and the opposite of trying to up-sell us, all the time advising what might be better rather than what made more money for them. Our choices were a bit different, but they were not fazed and it could not have been smoother. Our thanks to all the people involved in doing that.

From start to finish the family could not ask for any better service, staff were very caring and compassionate, our dad was taking very well care of while in the hands of the parlour and onto his resting place.

Rose and Derek made everything so easy, they were kind caring and patient, this funeral being only 8 weeks since they handled my mother's they knew everything I would want, nothing was too much trouble.
