I could not have asked for a better team of people,everyone was so kind and understanding,I was kept informed throughout.The celebrant did a brilliant job,everyone commented on how good he was he helped me get through a difficult time. I cannot commend the staff of the Co op funeral highly enough,I would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

Their service was very professional. They advised what was happening at each stage and took the time to go through the relevant paperwork to ensure it was completed fully and correctly. They also advised ahead of time when her cremation was scheduled to take place, where it was to take place and what would happen with her ashes thereafter as it was a private cremation in accordance with her wishes.

Staff were v helpful n kind. All communication was clear n articulate, especially with Derek who led the event. Everything was arranged exactly as mum would have wished n general consensus of those who attended mum's funeral was that it was an uplifting n memorable celebration of a v special lady. We felt as a family that everything was done with professionalism n dignity n yet we were treated v kindly. Overall we felt that we got excellent service, a classy event n all at a fair price.

Outstanding service provided. Unfortunately our family has had to use these funeral directors twice this year. They showed great care and compassion and tailored  our needs to ensure that our loved ones had the send off they deserved. As a family we cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.
