Helen at Alexandra Parade dealt with all the arrangements and talked us through all the options. It was good to know the service would be as my Dad would have liked it and Helen done him proud.  From transport, flowers and Order or Service, we had nothing to worry about.  I have to say the Order or Service was professionally done and everyone commented on them.  Thanks Helen and team for everything.  I’m sure my family will have no hesitation to use you in the future.

The service and support we received from Helen at Anderson maguire was exceptional. She took the stress of planning away and was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions or needed advice regardless of the stage we were at in the planning. Whilst I hope not to need her services again I’m the near future I would not hesitate to go back

Susan Campbell was efficient, empathetic and informative. She directed with care and gentle suggestion on what to consider and what to reject. On the day the service from arrival of Hurst to the care of the coffin and my mum at teh service was excellent. the celebrant Susan suggested Maurice Boyle was excellent, his speech on our dad was just great. Everyone commented on they could hear him so clearly, even the family members overseas, who were watching on the web cam.
Under the circumstance you can understand way I say , not in a rush to use the service again. However would definitely use service again and recommend to friends.

Given the circumstances, very well done by all. Unfortunately the mix up in numbers allowed to attend caused some difficulty however the service and respect shown by AM couldn't be faulted. These are unbelievable times for us all and these guys are on the front line. Bless you all. X

Excellent service. Under circumstances during the COVID virus all staff from being to end were utterly professional courteous and totally sympathetic for my loss. Even on the day the staff ensured a walking procession which was a real source of comfort. Special thanks to Helen who adviced me at all times but listened to my stories about my aunt. She made time no matter how busy she was. Helen even checked the crematorium had my choice of music which my aunt had specified Helen made me laugh at this time and I cant wait to meet her at our celebration of life party. Can't recommend enough

Everything was very well organised. Helen did a great job helping us with the various decisions that needed to be taken and kept us well informed re all the arrangements that needed to be made. On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and the funeral director and all the drivers were extremely helpful and made us all feel at ease. The also went out of their way to keep everyone dry on what was a very wet day.

Helen and her team were excellent from start to finish. She was fantastic with my family throughout, always making sure we had everything we needed all the while not pestering us during our time of mourning. The drivers were fantastic on the day of the funeral and the other days they were required, and were a great help with our pallbearers. I would highly recommend them, because they were first class from the minute we stepped into Helens office, even until we settled our account with them.

Myself and the family can not fault Anderson Maguire. Michael O'Hara and his colleague came to collect my dads body. They done this with dignity and allowed us to walk out to the car and say our goodbyes. Helen McCabe in the office made the process of arranging a funeral easy and stress free. Nothing was to much for her and she was happy to answer any questions, when she called she said she was calling in regards to dad (William) which added a personal touch. Helen explained he process of having to register the death and provided photo copies of the death certificate so that I didn't need to worry about getting copies. Helen asked how the family were doing when I collected dads ashes and asked how my dog was doing as she wanted to see him when we told her he dog was grieving aswell. The day of the funeral the director and the drivers were great. Director explained that we would be taking a altered route due to road works which allowed me to let others attending and following the cars to know. From start to finish it has been a 5 star service and I would recommend.
