Mum had a prepaid plan in place but it was vague ,the coop staff sorted out the formalities and made a few suggestions as to what to do. Thought it was going to be overwhelming but it wasn't .Also, thanks to Anne the celebrant at mums funeral,that did a good job despite scant information from me and my sister.

I would like to thank everyone involved in organising my wife's funeral. Everything that the staff said went 100% from the first appointment to leaving my family at the hotel. Special mention to Robert and Audrey in the organisation of the funeral also forr the celebrant choice who exceeded all expertations in the kind words she said about my wife. A very difficult time for my family the Co-op funeral service, in Cumbernauld Village. preformed perfectly and professionally throughout the day. I would recommend to anyone looking for funeral arrangements to use them.

Robert and the team are exceptional in communication and care. I normally work with them as a pastor but this time they were looking after me with the passing of my wee Mum! Ive worked with many but these guys Genuinely are the best I've worked with.

Our decision to use Cumbernauld Funeralcare was a very good one. From the very first phone call everyone there made the most stressful of times much easier to bear. The office staff Audrey, Clare and Robert were amazing: Sympathetic, caring, professional, efficient  and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they took us through everything in detail, answering all our many questions with patience and empathy to ensure everything was just right. The arrangements from start to finish went perfectly on the day and the drivers and attendants were excellent. The Celebrant, Michael,  whom they recommended to us for the service was wonderful as everyone attending agreed.

The care from Robert and Clare was amazing. They helped give my dad the funeral he deserved. The only negative was the ridiculous fee for the streaming of the service from Falkirk Crematorium...
