Initial call was taken by someone who sounded as if they were working from home and just out of bed. I had to repeat myself 4 times and was on verge of choosing another funeral company. My concerns were vindicated when,on eve of funeral I received final call to confirm the details and the call handler had taken down wrong date of birth for the deceased

There were a few mistake’s with my Mum’s funeral..
Firstly her middle name was wrong on every correspondence even down to when she was interred..
The Memorial card’s which were expensive aswell the had the wrong date in which my Mum passed away..
I did mention these mistakes at the time but nothing was done to amend..

Excellent, caring service. My dad and the rest of my family were delighted with the planning, casket, cars, flowers and marvellous celebrant they provided for my mum's funeral.
