I can’t thank Lorraine enough for all the help she gave me, my mums favourite colour was yellow which I said in passing talking about her flowers on the day of mums funeral there was yellow roses on the screens and all of them wore yellow ties, this was such a lovely thing to do for us as a family and I am so truly grateful that this was done for my mum above and beyond they went, at such a sad time the respect they showed for my mum was truly amazing and I will never forget it thank you so much for looking after my mum while she was in your care and thank you for bringing her home to us so quickly.

The staff at Co oP funeral care were very caring, understanding and professional from the moment I entered the premises. They took me step by step along the way and took away any concerns I may have had. On the day of the funeral they were very professional going about their job. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from you.

Everything went smoothly, from arranging to the actual funeral. The driver in our lead car was fabulous, Jemma, she kept the mood light and was bright and chatty when needed. A great service received all round.

Staff were excellent from start till the very end when I went back to collect my dad's ashes thay also did my mums funeral 5 years ago thats how I will always use Duke Street as long as thay are open

From the outset I was made feel comforted & assured my loved one was in good care.  As a family we were comforted sincerely & felt trusted that all of our requests would be dealt with professionally & of high standard.  Nothing was a problem & staff went above & beyond to ensure our loved one received a send off he deserved.  I can’t recommend or thank staff (in particular Estelle & Lorraine) at the Dennistoun Branch enough for a first class customer service from beginning to end & even after care.  Thank you.

The person dealing with me following the death of my aunt Mary Andrew was very helpful and friendly there ere problems with registrars office and missing forms from my aunt’s GP and Estelle was able to resolve these . However one problem remains   My aunt had paid £170.00 for a double urn for herself and late husband George Andrew’s ashes to be United after death this was at funeral cares branch in Lady Lane Paisley and the are unable to trace his ashes and presumed lost. The matter of £170.00 remains outstanding, so you may not actually get a service which has been paid for .
