All very smooth and easy. A slight hiccup or two by staff illness meant there was a lost few days when I couldn’t get a response and the central divert call people seem fairly pointless  Otherwise all went well

All of the team at Bearsden FuneralCare were excellent. They were very compassionate and respectful.
A special mention to Jackie in the office who kept in contact throughout a very difficult time for my family and was there to help with everything down to the smallest detail. Also Euan the funeral director, who phoned me a few days before the funeral to walk me through the whole process of what would happen on the day. This conversation helped to reduce any anxiety i had of anything going wrong.
Euan and his team on the day of the funeral were the complete professionals, very respectful and courteous.
Thank you so much from all of my family.

I’m not sure if this format of a text being asked to ‘review the funeral services for NAME’ may be distressing for some? Might be better to ask beforehand to click a button if people are happy to be contacted after or even warned they will receive a text etc so it’s not seeing their loved ones name out the blue?

Jackie was so accommodating in trying to find a suitable date that worked for us.all your staff were great and so helpful and kind - only comment is the driver of our car was a little withdrawn and not as friendly as others but appreciate it is hard to gauge the passengers mood  at such a time.
