From the moment my mother arrived at the funeral home she was trouble! If it had not been for Alun and his team I think we would still be trying to resolve the confusion. After three awful weeks we were finally able to have her funeral, which went beautifully. I cannot thank everyone enough for the support and consideration we were shown.

From the time Alun visited me at home till the time we laid our lovely Dad to rest, I cannot speak highly enough of him and the team.  As a family, we were treated with such kindness and dignity and knew our Dad was in such good and caring hands.  Alun visited us several  times and the team  was always available for any queries we had. The funeral itself was a painful and difficult day but Alun  and the team were quietly empathetic and respectful to our lovely Dad and ourselves. 
My Sister and myself would like to send Alun our heartfelt thanks for everything he did and for the wonderful service we received.

From the very first meeting to discuss my brothers funeral to the courtesy call after the funeral I found everything to be first class. They tailored the funeral to how I wanted it . A big thank you to Millie who managed to sort out the order of service for me , very much appreciated. Alun the funeral director was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or queries, and helped me sort out a few things . Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the needed.
