We as a family have had to use Pressdees 3 times in as many years and wouldnt go anywhere else. From the moment we spoke to James we knew we were in safe hands. He is a credit to his profession and nothing was too much trouble for him. Together we planned a fitting tribute for Jess and he even spoke in the funeral too.

Gaynor was extremely supportive throughout the whole process of arranging my dads funeral.  She listened to our views and helped guide us through different options.  The funeral was just what we wanted for our dad.  Gaynor took the time to ensure we were all ok from our initial meeting onwards.  I would like to thank all the team for the care they took of my dad and making his funeral arrangements very easy.

There are not enough words to thank James and the entire Team at Presdees Mumbles for the way they cared for my late Mothers Funeral arrangements .
From the first meeting with James through to being taken back to the wake , as family we were supported  and cared for with understanding and compassion. Every element of Mums funeral was dealt with professionally and with dignity. 
The entire team could not have been more kind and helpful. Every question or request I had was  never too much trouble. They held my hand every step of the way. From feeling overwhelmed with the task ahead I felt utterly safe in the hands of this super experienced kind team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
