The whole process was carried out with a high degree of professionalism. From the administrative point of view before and after the funeral Stacey was superb and dealt with all this in a calm and supportive way. The work of the staff doing the preparation for the chapel of rest was outstanding. On the day of the funeral all the staff acted in a highly professional way and the procedure ran like clockwork. I would thoroughly recommend Pressdees funeral service for a sympathetic and expert approach. We will remember this as a day that went well.

James and the team are so professional and caring and made a very difficult time somewhat easier. They are helpful, efficient and caring. My Mum looked like she was just sleeping when I went visit her after she has passed, she looked at peace and everything was just right. Excellent service from start to finish. Amazing support at the funeral, always there and respectful to the person who has passed and their family.

Very professional from start to finish. Great communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. James especially was amazing, he went over and above what was expected of him. His singing in the Crematorium was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My husband’s funeral was organised with dignity and respect.  James Murray, I felt, made the process bearable he seemed to immediately grasp how important it is to listen and made no assumptions. My request for something a little out of the ordinary was fully supported and my expectation met. I got exactly what I asked for. I felt James went above and beyond and kept me updated even though it was the Christmas holiday period. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you!

Having not arranged a funeral before this was a daunting experience. I didn’t have a clue what to do and there is huge time pressures. I found William Pressdee, lead by James to be very friendly, approachable and professional. There was clear communication of the process and pricing throughout. They were very supportive and accommodating throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They were also very local to us which helps with the cemetery, flowers etc. 
I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you for making a very difficult and emotional time easier for our family.

From the very first telephone conversation with James Murray at William Pressdee, the family was put at ease over a very difficult time as we began the funeral arrangements with much apprehension.
James' calm empathy reassured all of us as he clearly explained the process and the seamless coordination with All Saints Church and Oystermouth Cemetery.
The Day could not have gone any better in very sad circumstances, and certainly minimised the stress of the occasion as far as that is possible.
