James Murray and his team at William Pressdee Funeralcare recently assisted us with the fifth family funeral in as many years.  The service James provides is always exemplary.  
 
Throughout it all he is sensitive to the needs, emotions and wishes of those concerned, adapting as required to all situations.  He is knowledgeable and professional, smoothing away any difficulties and ensuring that everything is dealt with unhurriedly, dealing with unexpected requests thoughtfully.
 
As a non-religious family, James has twice presided over the proceedings as our minister, speaking with sensitivity.
 
We know that we are in safe hands when James is taking care of us and cannot thank him and his team enough.

Gaynor Gage was extremely personal and professional in every aspect of the service provided for my husband and our family. She personally kept me informed at every stage and was very caring and compassionate and even rang just to check I was ok. She guided us from beginning to end and we felt cared for and “in a capable pair of hands” which lifted a great weight from our shoulders at such a difficult time. Her staff were also very caring and every care was taken to ensure that my husband  was looked after which enabled me to spend time with him to say my goodbyes. Thank you for providing an excellent service it has been greatly appreciated by both myself and my family.

The funeral service for my sister was lovely. I was able to watch it live from the U.S. and, with a small gathering of our cousins, James Murray made it special.

Throughout the process of arranging the funeral service, he was compassionate and caring and read my Tribute to my sister perfectly. On the saddest of occasions, it was a beautiful farewell.
