Excellent service throughout the planning and funeral arrangements. I can't thank Emma enough for the amount of compassion she shows and nothing is too much trouble for the bereaved. A real asset at Swansea funeral care. Brian carried out funeral with precision and dignity. Prices are clear from start. A real help when planning. A company that lives up to their mission statement. Firstly, I would like to sat thank you to Emma for seeing us so quickly and helping us to arrange Mums wishes. The level of understanding, care, compassion and service was second to none. Everything was considered and tailored to our needs, making a difficult time more bearable for us all.
Communication was regular and detailed and we never had to chase for dates etc. Emma co ordinated things perfectly for use. We’d also like to thank our Director on the day (Alun) and minister (Charles) for their sterling service to the family.

I recently lost my wife of 49 years and the pain, sadness and despair can only be felt by those who have experienced such a loss. She was the driving force of the family and when the burden fell on me to sort out the funeral arrangements I did not know where to start. Pick the Co-op because we are members she would have said and by damn was she right.
The service, compassion and genuine care provided by the whole team at Swansea Funeralcare was second to none. From the first call to the final collection of the ashes they have been wonderful simple as that. I cannot really add to that, excellent , professional and caring.

Caring and considerate service from the first phone call. Anna and Emma handled our mother's funeral with compassion and empathy, with Richard and his staff overseeing the proceedings on the day with total professionalism, as he did with our father's funeral several years earlier. Thanks to you all, we are deeply grateful.

The service provided was as the information on the webpage stated. The attitude of the funeral director left a lot to be desired. The other staff 3 ladies were lovely

My mothers funeral was handled compassionately, from the moment I walked through the door the funeral director, Barry and his staff were kind and attentive and made things very easy for me at a difficult time.
The company had previously dealt very favourably, with my grandmothers funeral several years earlier which is what prompted me to consult with them again.
I would of course recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank all the staff at Coop Funeral Care who looked after me so expertly after my mum's death.l received both comfort and guidance everytime l visited as well as a very welcomed coffee to calm me.l really appreciated that l could see my mum at the Swansea site as l no longer am able to drive.She was beautifully presented which gives me a comforting lasting memory.Gaynor Gayle was particularly supportive,even checking on me a number of times before the actual funeral.Brigid Haines was an excellent Humanist Celebrant.Thank you all .
