At a very sad time for us as a family, we were guided with sensitivity and respect throughout the whole process. On the day of the funeral Gaynor was wonderful. My father’s funeral was beautiful. We didn’t feel overwhelmed by the occasion, just very well supported.

Never having had to deal with a funeral before on top of the grief and all the other things needed I was extremely grateful to Fiona at fforestfach co-op funeral care for making the planning the easiest thing I had to do, she sat down and explained everything clearly, respectfully, and kind, she explained the processes needed, explained all the prices and really helped, all the way up to the day I was kept informed of everything, on the day Gainor helped guide me through and was also very kind, respectful and even reminded guests of the wake which I had forgotten to do.
All in all, I would highly recommend the team at fforestfach for making a sad day that little bit easier
