At a most difficult time it was a delight to have Richard with us to look after every single aspect of the arrangements. At every single step he was there in the background taking care of everything in meticulous detail to the highest professional standard. It felt like he was a family member and we were reassured and felt calm that everything was taken care of. Richard and his staff provided a level of service that far exceeded and surpassed the larger corporate companies. We were also very surprised to receive a very modest invoice from Richard despite the additional arrangements we asked for to ensure Dads passing was memorable. Richard, you are true gentleman and of the highest professional standard. Mother and I extend our sincere gratitude to you and are eternally grateful for your kindness.

My mother's death was very sudden and unexpected, so we were in shock and extremely upset. Richard Mustoe responded very quickly to our initial contact and was very respectful and gentle in the way he guided us through the funeral process. Everything was handled in a very professional and dignified way. He listened to our requests, offered his advice and attended to all details - nothing was too much trouble. The funeral itself was a dignified and moving occasion, helped greatly by the respect shown by Richard and his staff, and their appropriate dress and manner.

Richard Mustoe has everything required of an undertaker at a very difficult and emotional time. He is thoughtful,  kind, and unobtrusive -which, to me, is very important. I knew he was there in a supportive role, but he didn't intrude on what was a very private and personal time. 
Richard is efficient and thorough, calm and easy to talk to and very happy to help. I was confident that the funeral would go as I wanted.  Richard was also the undertaker for my father's funeral.
Porthcawl Funeral Services would be my first choice. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
