Everything was made easy for me,
and all my requests were granted with no issues. Margaret and Julia were so friendly and professional. On the day I couldn't have got through it without Julia. I didn't need to think about anything except Steve. Julia and her team are a credit to your organisation

On behalf of the family I just wanted to pass on my thanks to you and your team for the most professional way in which you handled the arrangements for Mum’s funeral.

I have to signal Julia out for particular praise as she was just delightful on the day and couldn’t have done anything more to make sure the day went as well as we wanted. Indeed we all felt that it exceeded our expectations/hopes and Mum herself would have loved to have been there in person, not just spirit.

The little touches, such as Julia walking in front of the hearse around the Court where my other lived nearly all her married life was wonderful and such a fitting thing to do, even though we hadn’t requested it.
