I would highly recommend Julia at James Summers Penarth who dealt with us compassionately and professionally throughout mum's funeral arrangements.  Nothing was too much trouble and Julia took the time to find out mums character and match the funeral services to the families wishes.

All the other staff were discreet, respectful and professional and the funeral itself went completely to plan.  Our expectations were exceeded and this difficult time was made more bearable by the thought and care demonstrated.

I couldn’t thank the staff enough for all the care and attention they gave us for organising my mums funeral. Margaret in particular was amazing,she was there to help any questions and concerns no matter how big or small.
Carrie ( apologies if I’ve her name wrong)was a treasure she  officiated mums funeral on the day, explained everything and what we needed to do , basically kept me at ease during this sad difficult time. So once again ladies a BIG THANK YOU.
