Karen was very kind and thoughtful in supporting every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Our celebrant Julia was joyful and spoke beautifully. The experience was stress free from start to finish and if we did get anxious Karen came to the rescue.The cars were perfect. Tony our driver was sensitive and humorous. Excellent experience in a difficult sad time.

Rachel, Karen and all the staff at W.A.Brown & Co were kindness itself during the planning of Peter Daniels funeral. On the day itself, their service was exemplary - nothing was too much trouble. They made what was a very difficult time much more bearable. I, along with all the family, want to thank them all so very much.

Rachel was absolutely wonderful. Genuinely kind and compassionate. She listened and guided us through the process. The Funeral was beautiful. Everything went perfectly. Our Celebrant Julia led the service and everyone said how lovely it was.
I can't recommend Rachel and her team enough. Everyone was kind, professional and supportive. I never once felt I was just another customer.

Our care was transferred to Julia in Penarth after an upsetting start in Llantwit but from there on the care, attention to detail, compassion, understanding and communication was truly outstanding, Julia was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process and totally understood what we as a family wanted for our mothers care and service....thank you for making a very difficult time easier.
