We are really pleased with the service we received from James Summers Funeral Care arranging Dad's funeral. They were professional and caring, and we felt reassured that we were in safe hands throughout. Tara Collins deserves a special mention for being so warm, kind and understanding. She listened carefully to our wishes for Dad's funeral and respected these, offering helpful guidance when we asked for it. She led us through the journey so sensitively, keeping us updated regularly and responding to our queries promptly. Hi , we are actually really disappointed  with service . Yet another error is made , this is supposed to be addressed to Jacky the wife or Derek. The limousine which was ordered broke down , the funeral director called with all the wrong details , it wasn’t made clear that Jane Summers were the funeral directors , the coffin took over 7 weeks as there was a strike , we were promised the over flow chapel in which we were informed the day before the microphone was broke and the container for the ashes is now out of stock .. so overall there were to many errors in which at the the point of time given the circumstances of having a loved one passed , we are not happy with the overall serve co-op provided .

I felt the service I received was very good, the only thing I was left wondering was what time the cars would pick us up. This was resolved but I would have felt better if this was arranged a day or two before the funeral rather than the evening before.
Beth in the Whitchurch branch was very comapsionate and the drivers/funeral director on the day were also very good. I would use your service again.
