Everyone at James Summers Funeralcare were extremely kind, caring & compassionate. They made a very sad occasion extremely dignified. Carrie was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was extremely kind, understanding & professional. Charlotte was also extremely kind, caring & professional. We are indebted to you all, thank you so much for everything you did for us.

The staff treated the funeral arrangements and care of Simon's remains with dignity and human decency. The funeral director assigned was very compassionate and caring person. The day of his funeral was made more bearable by the professional attitudes and behaviour.

David Williams made me feel so at ease and confident as he discussed my needs and family wishes he made all of the arrangements in such a loving and caring way.

I have used Summers on previous occasions, but on this occasion was unfortunate to have lost my Brother and my Son in the short space of 10 weeks apart. Maureen Ready went above and beyond her role by ensuring we received the best possible care. Knowing our loved ones was in your care made our grief more bearable. Ed, Tara, Karen, and the out of hours team, and the behind the scene team that worked with Maureen I can not thank you enough for the care and support you showed us. Thank you all so much for help guidance and support.

Lauren was excellent, so professional thorough and kind to me and my family. 

My only comment would be the admin process needs to be improved. Each, time we called the computer systems were slow or not working. I completed all the details over the phone and later was told nothing had saved and I had to complete the process again. Then we had an incorrect invoice. It seems the systems don’t work efficiently.

We were so impressed with James Summers! Neil, who was our Funeral Director, was so helpful  and made sure the procedure for my fathers funeral ran smoothly.  Neil was extremely caring and supportive towards my mother which showed us James Summers funeral home cares about their customers.

The girls and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Cari and the team for all your help over the last month. Charles’ funeral, both at the church and at the crematorium, was a wonderful tribute to him and that was down to your meticulous organising and preparation. You helped to make it a special celebration of Charlie’s life. We will be forever grateful.

To all of the staff at Summers.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart and all of our family for your help, kindness and symphony with my mother's funeral.
A special mention to Andrew and Justin who took mum back to the chapel of rest and blow me away by leaving a rose on my mum's bed, I didn't find out untill the next day and couldn't believe believe this such a very emotional thought thank you gentlemen you will alway be in my thoughts.

Neil a massive thank you for your professionalisum and empathy on the day of m our mum's funeral.

Four male members of my family offered to carry coffin into chapel, I thought the pall bearers from James Summers would have assisted them, but no, they just walked behind. The coffin was swaying from side to side because my family members were not used to doing this.
All other services by James Summers were carried out professionally.
