A really amazing service from summers. We were looked after by Stephen Reeves who was wonderful from start to finish. He really understood our needs and was so helpful arranging all the individual parts that came together to make the day beautiful. A very friendly funeral director who helped organise and co-ordinate the funeral. However, I found one reception staff rather unfriendly and abrupt - especially when I telephoned to arrange to come in and pay the bill. A softer approach would have been appreciated. It felt very cold, and unfriendly.  They need to remember that they are providing a service to vulnerable people.

Excellent customer service from David Williams at summers he helped us every step of the way in preparing the arrangements showing compassion and understanding at a sad time,he organised all aspects and did it all just as we asked everything was as promised with a few special touches from him ,He arranged a dignified moving send off for us all .

I recently lost my wife, Steve at Summers Funeral Home, was so helpful talked me through each stage went beyond my expectations to make sure that everything that I needed to give my wife the best send off that I could wish for.
