Gareth and his team were exemplary. He guided us through the process with professionalism, tact and care. The arrangements were precise and well managed. We were especially grateful that Gareth stayed with the coffin after the church service to supervise the cremation. That was an unexpected kindness that will be treasured for years to come. The staff are so supportive, so respectful, easy to talk too. They make you feel special and respect the person you lost. From the sadness of losing a loved one to the funeral they act with dignity and are there for you. They have looked after both my parents and I can't say enough good words about them. It gives me peace of mind knowing I will be using them and how smooth, respectful and easy it will make it for my loved ones at that time.

Ian, Gareth and the whole team were compassionate, professional and caring from our very 1st phone conversation. The funeral was very personal and just as we wanted and Ian and Gareth guided us through the difficult choices we had to make very gently. They suggested using one of mum's paintings for her order of service and it was beautiful. They ensured that everything went smoothly on the day and we had the best experience we possibly could. Truly outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend using their services.

From my first conversation with Rosemount, the support we received was exceptional. The gentlemen who collected my Mum were wonderfully calming. Thereafter, Stephen was extremely helpful and professional in making the arrangements, including arranging for the Rev Stephen to contact me. All aspects of the funeral were discussed and enacted. Nothing was too much trouble.
On the day, Ian, The FD, was brilliant and helped and supported me and the whole family on the most difficult of days.
I cannot begin to thank the whole Rosemount team enough for what they did for us.

I can’t fault the way my mothers funeral was conducted. I have always used Ian and the team. Fantastic . They really know how to treat the family of the deceased . Would never go anywhere else .
