We are very pleased with the service provided by the Co-Op funeral directors in Bridgend. When the team came to collect Derek from home after his passing, they were compassionate and treated him with care. Our funeral director was Ian, and he made the organisation of Derek's funeral seamless. We also visited Derek in the Chapel of rest, which was a dignified experience. As Derek's wife, I am pleased that we chose the Co-Op.

The whole team has been brilliant. It’s nice that everyone knows what’s going on so you don’t have to repeat anything and it feels more personal then. Everyone has been very kind and respectful. We found the staff to be professional, empathetic and generous with their time and knowledge and provided us, at such a sad time, with all the information we needed and much more.  On the day of the funeral, they conducted themselves in a very respectful manner.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.  This is the second time we have used their services and would have no hesitation in recommending them.  Thank you all so much for making it all easy for us and taking a lot of pressure off us at this difficult time.

From beginning to end the funeral home could not have done enough for us. Especially Gareth too was with us every step of the way. He made us feel relaxed and made sure we were given all the options possible. He is a credit to the company. Also, all the staff on the day of the cremation were amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better funeral home to deal with Tessie’s funeral. And we will be forever grateful for their support along the way.
