Lauren handled the whole process with empathy. The young man driving the family car was professional & polite as were all Adams staff at the Crematorium.

Only query I have is the Minister's fee I was expecting £100 not £180

From start to finish, dealing with Adams has been so easy at such a difficult time.  Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always at the end of the phone to help.  The service was perfect and exactly what we wanted as a family.  Rebecca was so professional, understanding and considerate and this made the morning much more bearable knowing it was being led by her.

From the first appointment with our Funeral Director Lauren we were made to feel looked after. Lauren took all the arrangements we wanted and liaised with the relevant people. I had exceptional service from Adams funeral service , Lauren and Julia made every step of the way flow with out any problems , the customer service was brilliant . They made a very hard time in our life easier to manage with knowing the funeral was sorted to a high standard just as my father would have wanted .

From the first phone call to Adams to collect nan, right through organising the funeral  and cremation, the service we received was impeccable. The staff were professional, kind, compassionate and extremely patient with all my questions and emails! Especially Lauren who worked nans service when on leave after seeing us through the whole process. The service was arranged perfectly, exactly as we wanted. They did everything possible to ensure we were informed throughout the whole process. The compassion and attention to detail was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately due to delays with the casket it was rather late before I got to go and see nan, which was quite sad, but we understand that was no fault of Adams. Nan was treated with the respect and dignity she deserved. I would like to sincerely thank Adams both for their care of my lovely nan, and their professional service, and would highly recommend them to others dealing with the sad loss of a loved one. This is the second time we have used Adams in the last couple of years for funeral care. They give a wonderful service and they are extremely kind and caring. We dealt with Rachel most of the time and she kept us totally informed about everything. She couldn’t have been more thoughtful, caring and kind. Lauren was there for  us all on the day and she was brilliant too. Rachel introduced us to Julia who actually took the service and she was amazing. Between us all, we gave our Dad a wonderful send off.
