I have used Adams twice, for my dad then my mum.
I find Adams services exceptional and you get treated with empathy and respect.
The Chapel is absolutely spotless and I really cannot fault Adams at all.
You get updates and they phone you on the day of the funeral to let you know exactly what's happening.
I was treated with such empathy when my mum's coffin arrived the day of the funeral.
I give Adams 10/10

The service standards are very high quality. Myself and my partner, and family were very impressed with the compassion, care and kindness shown to all of us throughout the process of planning the funeral. The funeral itself was also carried out to the same high standards. My mother and the family were treated with dignity and respect throughout. The gentlemen who picked mum up were the beginnings of an absolutely first class service.

Lauren guided us through every step of the way with such care and compassion, and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know.
Our only concern was the delay in being able to see mum , but Lauren to the rescue again, she gave up her time on a Saturday so that we could visit. Thankyou to all concerned for making a difficult time, as smooth-running and stress free as possible.

Exemplary service right from the start with the gentlemen who came and collected Andrew. Rachel has been wonderful, so compassionate and professional. Absolutely tailored and personal funeral with some beautiful add ons that made the service unique to Andrew. Nothing was too much trouble and we have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout.
