Debbie, Kelly and their team guided me through the funeral planning process smoothly. They followed Mum’s detailed instructions from her funeral plan and listened to requests myself and my brother made to make amendments where needed. They offered several suggestions for making the event more memorable and which we would never have thought of.
All participants at the funeral felt we had given Mum the best send off.

Co op funeral care were amazing took all the stress off the family Debbie sorted everything we asked of her she is one very special person and Ewloe office are very lucky to have her working for them 
We asked if Chris could personally deliver the funeral for my mum which he was more than happy to deliver and over see it all for us which we appreciate so much .

Many thanks to Debbie and Kelly for your help and kindness during this difficult time. The attention to detail and personal service was second to none for my Husband' Michael’s funeral on 26th February 2024 . All our questions were answered with grace and attention, which made everything easier.
I have no hesitation in recommending Co-Op funeral care .

Arranging the funeral of our late Mum was so overwhelming but Ewloe Funeralcare made this so easy for us. They were so accommodating in every way, nothing was too much trouble. Kelly and Debbie were outstanding and so professional throughout, as well as all the other staff on the day.

I was at a loss when my daughter (Carolyne) passed away. No funeral plan had been put in place ... I only popped in to enquire, the 2 ladies there very sympathetic and genuine, so I arranged to come back to discuss Carolynes cremation.
They were brilliant, and because of them I'm going to pop in and talk with them about arranging my own cremation plan with the co-op .. Thank you.

Debbie, Kelly and the team at Ewloe, Flintshire were amazing from start to finish. From the minute of contact to make arrangements right through the day of the ceremony. Debbie couldn’t do enough for us, and was always on hand to find things out for us. Kelly and her team in the day were kind, polite and very professional.

My traumatic experience following the death of my mother was only manageable thanks to the professionalism and integrity of the team, I will always remember the kindness and understanding shown in the 24 hours that ensued. A tremendously stressful and devasting death the team gave me time and space within a sound network able to support the beautiful but simple funeral that truly mirrored our love for a one so dearly loved.

Very helpful, caring staff who are very good at what they do. Professional service and treated our father with respect and dignity. They regularly kept in touch with us during planning stage and great service at the funeral. My only comment is that we did not get the fingerprints on the day of the funeral with other keepsakes and I had to return the airport straight after. I had to go home to Australia without them.

The staff are wonderful
