Very happy with Kylie Chris and the team who helped. Will definitely recommend! Was at the end of the phone when needed, very helpful. All staff at coop was amazing with my dad. From start with the bring into care till the day we got dad back. I would like to thank all of the coop team that was part of my dad’s final journey, it means a lot to me and my family.

Tracy was so supportive from start to finish making us feel that their was no rush and that the day would be exactly the way my mother would have wanted it. Tracy took the time to check in on us and update via email as we had requested. Everything was put in place and took care of and even helped us add some nice touches which my mother would have loved. The team on the day were exactly the same and we felt informed and supported from start to finish. Thanks so much.
