Fiona was excellent at the Rosyth branch nothing was too much trouble. She talked us through every step from choosing a casket to the actual funeral service. We encountered a potentially major issue but Fiona quickly resolved the issue and kept us informed regularly. We felt Mum was safe in the care of all the staff involved, she was treated with dignity and respect. I cannot praise the service enough we were pleased with everything and Fiona did our mum proud. Thanks
