Could not fault anything from the moment I walked into the offices in Leven right to the days following the funeral. Terry at Leven herself was fantastic in taking me through all the arrangements step by step and every attention was given to each detail in all the arrangements. And follow up calls post funeral were a nice touch. All staff on the day were most helpful with every aspect .

From the outset that we met Terry, our funeral arranger, we knew we were in excellent hands. She dealt with everything so compassionately and put us at ease in these difficult circumstances. Her recommendations throughout were all excellent and the actual funeral itself ran with the minimum of fuss and to plan. Our first experience with dealing with a death in the family and however difficult, the Leven branch excelled in delivering with care and compassion. The review would have been marked as excellent if it wasn't so uncomfortable in the Limo. With the "covid" screens still in situ and the middle windows not being able to open, it was not a pleasant ride to or from Kirkcaldy.
Otherwise, everything went as well as one could hope for. Special mention to both Terry and Nicola for their professional and understanding approach.
