We were so pleased with the service we received from the Coop funeral care team. Every detail was carefully planned with us and options talked through, so we could personalise the service for our dear mother.
The staff were so sympathetic and quietly supportive of us.
I had never planned a funeral before but I felt reassured, from our first visit, that we were in good hands.

The Cooperative Funeral care in Kirkcaldy gave us excellent service from start to finish. There was nothing they could have done to improve anything. They talked us through every detail. And on the day, there was so much dignity as if they knew mum personally. We were never rushed when saying our goodbyes. Our special thanks to Martin who took brilliant care of us. I would recommend very highly Cooperative Funeral Care if you want the best service. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Before and funeral care was excellent, after funeral admin care was not so caring. I have had to ask if dad ashes were back, and if I could get link to download etc. I feel after care could have been better.
