My Dads funeral was just as perfect as they can be, funeral staff and Celebrant were all fabulous, Gilvan bank hotel was all fabulous too. You made myself and my Dad yery proud , Dad got a great turnout and it was a beautiful day for my Dad James Reekie. Thank you all so very much.❤❤❤❤❤❤

From the first phone call we were in good hands. Susan and her team just knew what they were doing and did it very kindly. We were asked how mum would wear her hair, tie her scarf. Even to the young chap who held the door open for me and my sister (with walking stick) to leave the building. So much so that I will take steps to give Co-op Glenrothes my funeral arrangements.

Excellent, compassionate and thoroughly professional handling of everything by the Co-op at Cos Lane, Glenrothes. Susan Drummond organised and oversaw all of the details with exemplary personal care and thoughtfulness, and funeral director on the day Lee Robertson saw everything was flawlessly and professionally handled. The Co-op in Glenrothes made the worst of times so much more bearable, highly recommended excellent professional service.

Everything conducted with dignity and consideration, even though no mourners would have been present. A small comment would be that, post up-front in-full payment for the whole service, concern was voiced by the agent that the ashes could not be "courier delivery" guaranteed although there was a clear two weeks before the remembrance gathering - I still await a callback and refund of the money paid for this service.
