I felt confident leaving my sister Rose in your care. Attention to detail was first class. Nothing was too much bother. Especially when we requested Rose's nails to be painted to match her dress.

Martin and the staff at cos lane did an excellent send off for Diane. From the first meeting to arrange the funeral it was done with sincerity and at no time did I feel rushed into any decisions at that difficult time. From the moment we arrived to arrange Mum’s funeral, the staff were wonderful. Thoughtful, kind and caring but still professional. Nothing was to much trouble and Mum’s funeral was everything we wanted it to be. We can’t thank them enough.

He carefully explained the who process to my family representatives and if we had any questions, they were answered fully and honestly. Coop funeral service,Glenrothes were very respectful, dignified and overall very caring toward my family. They took a lot of the pressure off our family on a very heartbreaking situation. Nothing was to much trouble, everything asked was taken care of. All staff played there part in making our sons funeral how he would have wanted. For that we are forever grateful .

I wouldn’t have been able to get through the funeral if it hadn’t of been for Lois and the team. They showed nothing but kindness and compassion and I felt Darren was in safe hands as soon as he was in the care of Lois and the team I felt a sense of relief I felt like the team went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. Although I never want to go through this again I would use the co-op again if I had to.
