After the recent passing of my wife, i sought the help of Glenrothes co-op funeral care, who were very helpful and offered a service suitable for our family, working with kindness and compassion, they tailored the funeral to our needs and her wishes, which included repatriating my wife ,and liaising with our minister, to a package which was both suitable costings wise, and timescales, due to family members abroad needing to attend the service, we also used the online options for live attendance for distant relatives and friends.
On the day, the team were very well presented and showed utmost respect during the event.

From the initial meeting with Claire to Martin taking over as Claire was on a holiday , everything went as planned, constant communication and any queries answered in a timeous manner, as always a very high standard of service which made things a little easier on the day.

The co-op funeral care in Glenrothes are amazing and took great care of David for us,especially Claire who is a wonderful person and have us as a family excellent advice and help arranging our late son's funeral,we would recommend this care and warm comfort to anyone,also to Martin and John for taking David on his final journey to the crematorium and making us feel very warm in there care,thank you to everyone in general at the co-op funeral care in Glenrothes xx,Billy Sharon ,Mary and also David's extended family.

First class service received. Clare Murphy dealt with us and was sympathetic, empathetic and professional throughout . Clare is a credit to her profession. More than pleased with the service provided by the co-op funeral directors at Cos Lane, Glenrothes.
All of the staff were courteous, considerate and helpful throughout. Everything went off without a hitch, and I was taken by surprise by the number of attendees at the funeral service who commented both on the efficiency of the drivers and the smoothness with which the arrangements were carried out. The minister also received many favourable comments from those who attended. All in all they made a sad occasion run very smoothly indeed.

Lee and the team made a sad time more bearable. The whole team dealt with myself and family with compassion and professionalism but most importantly treated mum with the utmost respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee and for that I'll be forever thankful.
