The service I received from all the staff at Glenrothes Cooperative funeral care, was first class. From the time they collected my husband's body and the upmost care they took of him whilst he was in their care was 1st class. Nothing was to much trouble to them, letting the family in after hours
and even on a bank holiday, I will always be grateful. The day of the funeral we were well looked after, which helped me through the ordeal. I cannot thank them enough.

The service we received was second to none. Martin went above and beyond to accommodate our vision of what we wanted for Dad. Hazel answered our questions and was a joy to deal with, always just the right amount of cheeriness but very mindful of our changing emotions. Can not thank you both enough. A wonderful, professional service with the right amount of compassion.

Our funeral director was Martin. He was extremely empathetic, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We could not fault the service we were given.

Professional and empathetic throughout. Lee was fantastic and explained everything, nothing was too much trouble. At a time when we were grieving Lee did everything in a quiet and respectful manner to allow us to digest all the information provided. Martin Sweeney and everyone involved with Mike's funeral made sure it all ran smoothly. I was also reassured that if I had a question about anything they were only a phone call away. Regards also to Claire on reception who was lovely.

Lee from Co-op Funeral Care was exceptional.  He walked me through the process gently, checking in frequently to make sure I knew what was happening and why.

As our loss happened in the run up to the festive period arrangements took longer.  However he kept me informed and made himself available at all times.

Billing was straightforward- could be paid online, and I found this helpful as after the event I was not in a place mentally to visit the office.

I would recommend the team at the Co-op
