Yvonne met with my sister and us her family before she died and she planned her entire funeral. This strengthened the connection we had early on with Yvonne and in executing my sister’s wishes Yvonne was faultless.

The service we recieved from Yvonne and the team was excellent which is one of the reasons why we have used the Co-op Funeral Care for generations. They explained every step to us and were on hand to answer any questions or queries that we had. I’m sadly rating this average as it was the day before the funeral
That we eventually got the music sorted evenalthough we advised the music we wanted and sent a link for the music track well over a week before the funeral. 
Having the wrong track played to me on the Friday before the funeral caused myself and my sister Uneccesary anxiety at an already stressful family time. I should like to add my thanks to  Zara for taking ownership of getting the correct music track.

We were very impressed at the care and attention to detail provided by Co-op Funeralcare, Dunfermline at such a difficult time for us. We felt we could trust them to take care of everything and were reassured by the discussions we had in advance of the service. Our wishes were taken into account at all stages and ultimately this resulted in an appropriate and personalised celebration of life service for our loved one.

On the whole, they were very professional, but two small details let them down. Firstly the wording of the announcement in the local paper was wrong, and secondly the date inscribed on the top of the ashes box was wrong, both of which were very upsetting at the time.

Our funeral care director was Zara Napier and from the moment we met Zara her professionalism shone through. She was able to put us ease and take all pressure off us. Her communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was to much trouble. She managed the entire funeral to an extremely high standard and the teams presentation on the funeral day was immaculate.

On the night dad died the 2 attendants (Andy and Andrew) were compassionate and totally understood my family's needs. From there on in we were supported by Wes who could not have made the process more simply. He was totally professional and I felt so reassured that my father was not only in good hands but that nothing would we forgotten. This also allowed the family to grieve. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Co-op to attend to your loved ones funeral care. Thank you
