The service was fine overall. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of continuity as the first coordinator moved to another office and the second left the business a few days before the funeral. I appreciate that everyone had been extremely busy and all if the individuals that we dealt with were very pleasant.

The staff at Dewar Street were very understanding and professional. Pauline, who helped us with organising things, explained everything in detail and despite it being during a holiday period helped us get things arranged as quickly as possible. She was excellent.
Zara, our funeral director, was very organised and professional while at the same time showing great empathy. She made a difficult day a bit easier.
Co-op Dunfermline should be very proud of their staff.

Zara completely'got' that I wanted NOT to have a traditional funeral and went out of her way to help us. Everyone has said how it was such a fitting farewell.
Only down side was that although there was no service at crematorium they still charged the same fee and this should undoubtedly be at a reduced rate in these circumstances.
Zara was terrific and we are very grateful to her.

I dealt with Zara and Brian Of course no one wants to be in this situation but they made my experience of arranging the funeral as smooth as this can go They were both amazing throughout the whole process Profesdional very ,respectful, ,caring and went above and beyond. Both clearlly have a lot of pride in their profession

The staff in your Dunfermline branch were absolutely wonderful. They supported my family and me through the most painful time of my life - the sudden death of my daughter. They guided us every step of the way with kindness and understanding and I just want to say "Thankyou from the bottom of my heart"
In particular Mr Alasdair Gray was a tremendous help and support so our grateful thanks go to him.
