From the very first phone call to the last meeting with Yvonne, everything was dealt with efficiently and with compassion. Yvonne guided us through every stage of the process which took much of the pressure off us. On the day of the funeral Michael presided and ensured the service went smoothly. David Simpson, Celebrant, delivered the eulogy which he captured perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Co-Op Funeral Services.

Organising and dealing with a funeral for my brother from a different country is challenging or should have been. COOP funeral care were outstanding in their support/advice and consideration. I would say that the call to the legal dept, I found that pretty uninspiring. No help whatsoever for me. But in terms of funeral considerations. Superb, truly..

Had a couple of minor blips but overall they did an excellent job. "Respectful" suits all the staff, from the two gentlemen who came for mum to the funeral director at the funeral. Would never consider using any other funeral service
