The staff at Denbeath Funeral Services were brilliant. They guided us through the complete process from start to finish. From choosing the flowers to the internment and they were always on hand to answer any questions that our family had. I can only thank them for being there for us when required. The service provided by Nicola and the the Denbeath Co-op was above and beyond. At a very difficult time for the family and myself, the support provided was compassionate, professional and above all caring. I really could not thank Nicola enough and also Jess when Nicola was on funeral director duties.Jess stepped in and provided the same level of service.

Nobody expects funeral arrangements ever to be a pleasure. The service I received from Denbeath, without the least exception, was of a quality far above any I have experienced over the years and in respect of several separate funeral occasions. I got the distinct impression, from every phone conversation and all personal contact with the staff, that this is an organisation that takes real professional pleasure in helping and pleasing people in their ‘hour of need’. The ‘coup de grâce’ was the arrival of the hearse at the crematorium, fronted up by the most immaculate figure of Nicola in full regalia. Such respect for the bereaved and such minute attention to detail was a huge credit to everyone at Denbeath Funeralcare. Magnificent.
