From the moment I contacted them to take on the funeral of my mum Mary and every phone call, visit to the Cupar office and the care of mum at Cos Lane, Glenrothes, then on the day of cremation at Kirkcaldy the staff were all so very understanding, caring and went above and beyond to make sure I and my siblings etc were all taken care of.
