From the passing of my brother John (Jack Pennie) Every support and communication with Cowdenbeath has been outstanding! Debbie in particular guided us through our options with clarity, compassion and empathy.  She was absolutely outstanding! Professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of giving my brother the best send off. 
With it being the Christmas period there was lengthy delays in actually receiving his body into Coop Care.  We opted for embalming .  Very anxious about viewing him.
However he looked amazing and very peaceful which was a great comfort to us. 
On the day of the funeral! The staff were also amazing and supported us through the day.
