Everything went well as far as the service was concerned but my father wasn’t ready for us to view for ten days after he had died! After being promised we could see him over the weekend  but at the Falkirk parlour after a number of phone calls this failed to happen!

Approachable, kind and knowledgeable staff ensured everything - from leaving my husband’s bedroom dressed and aired, organising his direct cremation, and ensuring his casket is safely laid to rest - was all professionally and respectfully carried out. Lynn was especially helpful.

Finlay Macpherson was very supportive to myself and my husband through the whole process of arranging my Mum's funeral. He was down to earth and friendly which is just what we needed at such a difficult time. I especially appreciated that Mum's Order of Service was very similar to my Dad's which was important to me. Finlay kept me informed every step of the way and showed great care and dignity on the day of the funeral, adding little personal touches which gave me great comfort. The Co-operative Funeralcare were excellent.  From the moment the team came to collect Bunty (Eleanor) into their care until the day of her funeral, they were kind, respectful and made sure that we knew what was happening from beginning to end.  On the day of the funeral, Finlay and his team again were kind and caring.  
Overall my family and I cannot praise the whole team highly enough and we are very thankful for all that they done for us.
