Stibbards - From the very start, so very helpful in their guidance, advice, service and attention to detail. 

I would thoroughly recommend Stibbards to anyone having the desire to have their departed loved one treated with the respect and care they deserve - as well as the family -  and funeral guests in addition.

They made the whole process so much easier than we expected it to be - true, caring professionals in every way.

They took away some of the pain. Remarkable!!!!

They were absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in until the time they dropped us at the wake. Everything went well, exactly as we planned and hoped for. Their recommendations for various things were all perfect as well. Can't praise them enough, they made the whole thing as good and easy as it could have been.

Everyone we spoke to was very understanding and compassionate. The day of the funeral was conducted professionally and with sensitivity. Having someone we could liaise with in the lead up and on the day gave us confidence that arrangements would be as we wanted and indeed they were. Great people to deal with at an extremely emotional time. We the family thank them for all their support.

We had the daunting task of arranging mums (98) funeral with the added problem of dealing with a very distraught dad (95) who was too stressed to be of any help with decisions at this time. With fantastically sympathetic and helpful advice from our first call to Linda at Stibbards and then to our lengthy unrushed meeting with Robyn who not only steered us through the whole process with great professionalism but also a very kind and considerate approach. The day of the funeral whilst very  sad even at that ripe old age went extremely well with all members of the team helping every step of the way.
